{"id":21055,"date":"2020-01-10T10:29:37","date_gmt":"2020-01-10T09:29:37","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.888sp.com\/it\/?p=21055"},"modified":"2024-07-05T09:08:52","modified_gmt":"2024-07-05T07:08:52","slug":"bonus-beni-strumentali-per-partite-iva-e-forfettari","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.888sp.com\/it\/bonus-beni-strumentali-per-partite-iva-e-forfettari\/","title":{"rendered":"Bonus beni strumentali per Partite IVA e Forfettari"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"sottotitolo_news\">La trasformazione del super e iper ammortamento Impresa 4.0 in credito d&#8217;imposta estende alle Partite IVA l&#8217;agevolazione fiscale sulla digitalizzazione.\n<\/p>\n<p><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>La trasformazione introdotta dalla Manovra 2020 del super e iper ammortamento in <strong>credito d\u2019imposta<\/strong> sui <strong>beni strumentali<\/strong>, estende il beneficio \u2013 prima riservato alle imprese \u2013 anche alle generiche <strong>Partite IVA<\/strong>, contribuenti forfettari compresi.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<br \/>\nIn base ai <em>commi 185 e seguenti<\/em> della Legge di Bilancio, possono accedere al credito d\u2019imposta \u00abtutte le imprese residenti nel territorio dello Stato, incluse le stabili organizzazioni, indipendentemente da forma giuridica, settore economico, dimensione e regime fiscale di determinazione del reddito\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<br \/>\nIl credito d\u2019imposta, aggiunge il <em>comma 194<\/em>, \u00absi applica anche agli investimenti effettuati dagli <strong>esercenti arti e professioni<\/strong>\u00bb.  Non sembra dunque esserci alcuna preclusione per le Partite IVA in <strong>regime forfettario<\/strong>.
