\nASSOBIM organizza il ciclo di speech sul BIM denominato ThinkBIM Talks, che vedr\u00e0 anche la partecipazione di 888 Software Products per fare il punto sulla computazione e <\/strong>sull\u2019interoperabilit\u00e0 BIM in ambito \u201cbonus fiscali\u201d<\/strong>.

\nNell\u2019intervento, fissato per gioved\u00ec 22 aprile dalle 17:00 alle 17:30<\/strong>, saranno presentati gli strumenti primari e le migliori pratiche a sostegno dei tecnici nel processo di computazione dei progetti che rientrano nell\u2019ambito Superbonus 110% e altre agevolazioni fiscali, anche in abbinamento al contesto sempre pi\u00f9 importante della modellazione BIM.

\nSi affronteranno le diverse modalit\u00e0 di interazione di Mastro 5K con i pi\u00f9 noti BIM Authoring<\/strong> per poi proseguire nella realizzazione del computo perfetto e della relativa contabilit\u00e0 lavori<\/strong> evidenziando i punti nodali dell\u2019intero processo, a partire dalle possibilit\u00e0 di simulazione e di controllo. Nello specifico, con la nostra esperta BIM \u2013 Paola Rizzo \u2013 svilupperemo come recepire gli attributi \u201cagevolazioni fiscali\u201d dal modello BIM<\/strong>, usare i prezzari Provinciali, Regionali, DEI <\/strong>e le eventuali analisi prezzi<\/strong>, inserire le spese non contemplate<\/strong> nel computo, simulare varie ipotesi di assegnazione degli interventi detraibili<\/strong> e scegliere quella ottimale in relazione ai massimali di spesa preimpostati e, infine, gestire la fase di consuntivazione per la cessione del credito<\/strong> in avanzamento dei lavori.
